So what is a MINI Concierge? Once someone has taken delivery of their car, at some point it comes back for maintenance or warranty work. It needs fixing. The MINI Concierge deals with the Customer, perhaps loans them a MINI loaner car, then writes up a repair order describing what is wrong with the car or what maintenance is needed. They then take the car to the Technician who fixes it. Then the Concierge gives the car a thorough wash and vacuum making it look nice again and gets the car back to the owner. You own your customer 'soup to nuts'.

But with MINI, this is not dropping of a car for service, because of the emotion involved, this is more like leaving a child at day care!

Being able to anticipate, accommodate, empathize and care are the most important skills. You also need to be computer literate, internet savvy and have great organizational skills.

You should be process driven.

Although we like funky we hate drugs. Passing a drug screen is mandatory as is having a clean driving record.

The ability to be able to drive a stick shift car is an advantage as the vast majority of cars we sell have manual transmission. You must also be able to lift 25lbs and wash and vacuum a car.
